First 100% digital painting.
This was supposed to look like Chibitalia took a picture of Hungary [it'd be an anachronism, I know] that's why her face is cut like this, but my abilities wouldn't let me do it properly. Hahaha.
By the way, I hate the colors of Austria's piano x.x but it's like this... so, I wanted it to be accurate.

Okay, first off, I love how you have drawn the hair, the eyebrows, the eyelashes. And the look on her face. The way one side of her mouth looks like it's twiching upwards and her eye that's staring at the observer. I can't stop looking at her as soon as I get caught by her glace. (hurg, this sounds messy but I can't describe it better ^^°)
The only thing that bugs me a bit is the perspective of the stool. But that's only a detail.
